  • 12 corn tortillas

  • 1 cup of canned beans

  • 1/2 cup of canned corn

  • 1/2 cup of mozzerella cheese

  • 1/4 cup of red salsa or your choice!

  • 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder

  • 1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees place oil or aluminum foil on a baking sheet. You could also use a pan to cook the taquitos.

  2. In a large bowl, mash up the beans with a fork.

  3. Add in the corn, cheese, chili powder, garlic powder, and salsa. Mix well.

  4. Heat up each tortilla to soften them.Fill each tortilla witha few spoonfuls of the filling and roll them up.Then, place the filled tortillas on the baking sheet or pan.

  5. Bake or cook the taquitosfor10 minutesthen flip and cook for another10 minutes or until golden brown. Sirve with salsa, avocado, and/orsour cream.
