Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup cucumber, thinly sliced

  • 1/4 cup lemon, thinly sliced

  •  1/2 tbsp. honey

  • 1 cup water

  • pinch of salt

  • ice

  1.  Set aside a cucumber slice for garnish and put the rest in a bowl, as well as the lemon slices

  2. Use a wooden spoon to smash the cucumbers and lemons, They should be completely crushed in about 2 to 3 minutes.

  3. Use a strainer to collect all the liquid in a cup. Use the spoon to mash the cucumber and lemon until it releases all the juice. Throw away the solids.

  4. Add in the honey and pinch of salt and stir until dissolved. Add in the water and ice. Place the cucumber as garnish and enjoy.
