Ingredients:
1/8 cup peanut butter
1 cup dry oats
1 banana (mashed)
1/4 cup honey
2 tbs cocoa powder
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
dash of salt
1/2 tsp vanilla (optional)

ADD all the ingredients to a medium bowl
STIR to combine them (mixture should be sticky)
REFRIGERATE at least 30 min
Use a spoon to SCOOP the mixture into your hand
ROLL into a ball
REPEAT with the remaining mixture (about 12)
