Ingredients:
3 cups of oats
1½ cups pumpkin puree
4½ cups of milk
3 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1½ tsp vanilla extract
Optional: 2 tbsp maple syrup or brown sugar
Optional toppings: chia seeds, sliced almonds, or fresh berries
Directions:
Add oats, pumpkin, milk, spices, and optional sweetener to a pot.
Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat.
Cook, stirring frequently, for 3–4 minutes until the oats are soft.
Serve in a bowl and enjoy!
