Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of oats

  • 1½ cups pumpkin puree

  • 4½ cups of milk

  • 3 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 1½ tsp vanilla extract

  • Optional: 2 tbsp maple syrup or brown sugar

  • Optional toppings: chia seeds, sliced almonds, or fresh berries

Directions:

  • Add oats, pumpkin, milk, spices, and optional sweetener to a pot.

  • Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat.

  • Cook, stirring frequently, for 3–4 minutes until the oats are soft.

  • Serve in a bowl and enjoy!
