Ingredients:
1 package seaweed snack sheets (plain or lightly salted)
1½ cups cooked rice, cooled
1 can of tuna, drained
½ cup cooked edamame
½ avocado, sliced or mashed
½ cucumber, cut into sticks
1–2 tsp mayo (optional)
A tiny drizzle of sriracha (optional)
Directions:
Mash the avocado and mix the tuna with mayo if using.
Place one seaweed snack sheet flat on the table.
Add a small scoop of rice, tuna, edamame, cucumber, and avocado near one edge of the seaweed.
Gently roll the seaweed around the fillings to make a small roll or cone.
Repeat with the remaining ingredients and eat right away.
