Ingredients:

  • 1 package seaweed snack sheets (plain or lightly salted)

  • 1½ cups cooked rice, cooled

  • 1 can of tuna, drained

  • ½ cup cooked edamame

  • ½ avocado, sliced or mashed

  • ½ cucumber, cut into sticks

  • 1–2 tsp mayo (optional)

  • A tiny drizzle of sriracha (optional)

Directions:

  • Mash the avocado and mix the tuna with mayo if using.

  • Place one seaweed snack sheet flat on the table.

  • Add a small scoop of rice, tuna, edamame, cucumber, and avocado near one edge of the seaweed.

  • Gently roll the seaweed around the fillings to make a small roll or cone.

  • Repeat with the remaining ingredients and eat right away.
